What is a Waiver of Liability?

If you are planning to have a 3rd party be at your home for any reason, VIPet must be notified and that person(s) needs to be put on file with a waiver of liability.

This includes other people that have access and are coming into your home to check on or care for your pets or to care for home tasks, individuals sleeping over night (and do not live at the home already), anyone coming to take, borrow, or drop off items, and people at the home working on and with access to the interior or exterior of your property. This is required to protect our commercial liability and bond insurance from anything outside parties may do (negligence, misconduct, mysterious disappearance). Thank you.
